*Kimono rental and hair styling fees are separate.
• The customer is responsible for the facility entrance fee, including the photographer's fee.
・Filming locations are limited to those within walking distance of our store.
How to receive the photos: We will send you a URL via email that allows you to download the photos.
We do not provide data on CDs, USB drives, or SD cards.
*Our data storage period is approximately one month.
* We cannot make any changes to your face or edit the background.
We will only be making adjustments to the lighting and color tone.

Regarding returns
For same-day returns, please return the item by 5:30 PM.
For next-day returns, please return the item between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM the following day.
We are currently running a free next-day return campaign.
Silk kimonos must be returned on the same day.
